Here is a break down of the cost-
- Land Cost= $1375 all-inclusive: meals, lodging, in-country transportation, insurance, interpreters, bottled water, etc.
- Cusco Portion= $850 3 days and 2 nights in Cusco area orphanages and a day trip to Machu Picchu.
- Airfare= $1566.84 It was cheapest to go through Buckner for airfare and this was the best deal leaving from my area that was arriving in Lima during the timeframe.
As of today (June 24th)- My amount paid is $3,300.00
Here is a breakdown of where that money came from-
- Support Letters= $1,310.00
- Yard Sale= $800.00
- Babysitting Jobs= $1,190.00
This gives me a balance of $491.84 that is due by July 5th.
That means that 87% of my trip is paid for! Yayayaya! That is cause for celebration and praise. Our God is a faithful God!
